They’ve been been floating around cyberspace for a while now, but in case you haven’t heard of a half-wreath, keep reading. They are seriously the cutest things since pom pom rugs. I just love them. And the fact that one of these simple wreaths can be made in under 15 minutes makes me love them even more.

supplies needed
- one 19″ metal ring (or you can substitute an embroidery hoop)
- three strands of faux greenery
- several faux flowers
- florist wire
instructions
- attach the greenery stems to the ring with florist wire
- attach the faux flower heads to the ring using florist wire
- if desired, add a ribbon bow to the wreath
I used olive stems for my greenery, as I wanted to compliment the olive jar I have on my front porch. Although I thought this complimentary touch was brilliant, my pug Hadji looks less than thrilled. Oh well. C’est la vie. That’s how easy it is to construct a half-wreath.
