There are many creature comforts house guests will appreciate, but there is one item, if not provided, they will undoubtedly ask for – your wifi password. So why not equip your guest room with a wifi password sign that your guests will not only use but adore. The best part? You can make a cute and creative sign in just a few minutes!
supplies needed:
- computer
- small decorative frame
step 1 – the perfect frame
No need to spend a lot of money on a fancy frame. There are tons of decorative frames at affordable prices in Target, Home Goods or other similar stores. I actually used a frame (for a 4 x 6 photo) I had received as a gift. And it was perfect for welcoming guests!
step 2 – fun fonts
Once I knew the size I needed for my sign, it was just a matter of creating it with a simple photo editing program. I used an easy program called PicMonkey and just followed the steps below:
- Click on create new then blank canvas.
- Scroll down and click on the print size needed.
- Rotate the orientation if necessary.
- Add and center your text, using fun fonts.
- Click on texture then wood and select one you like.
The rest is simple. Print the sign, frame it, and place it in your guest room. It is a nice touch that lets your guests know that you have thought ahead of their comfort and needs. Hey, you can always skip this easy wifi guest sign and tediously design your own with masterful calligraphy, but with guests on their way, do you really have time for that? Aren’t there beds to be made?
The biggest compliment is a little share – pin the photo below!
Wow! Such a cool idea! Thank you very much for sharing this!
That is seriously one of the best ideas I’ve ever seen! Everybody that comes to the house needs the WiFi password. This will solve that problem! Thanks!
Cute idea! Thanks for sharing at Vintage Charm
