Did you know that your skin is your body’s largest and fastest-growing organ? It’s actually quite a workhorse. It protects you. It helps you stay warm when it’s cold, and cool when it’s hot. So when it comes to a beauty routine, your skin should take center stage with a healthy body lotion.
One absolute staple of my personal care routine is to hydrate daily with a moisturizing lotion. However, it has been challenging to find a body lotion that contains few chemicals and unknown ingredients. After a bit of digging, I finally found a great one – Aveeno Active Naturals Sheer Hydration daily moisturizing lotion. I promise it is easier to locate than to remember its full name!
This oatmeal-based lotion is neither too heavy nor too light. It moisturizes well and feels powdery smooth. Non-greasy. Non-comedogenic (does not block pores). Dermatologist recommended. If you like a potent smelling lotion, though, this one may not be for you, as it is fragrance free.

Aveeno seems to continue to provide high-quality baby lotions and shampoos. I also like their price too, but lotions shouldn’t be expensive anyway.
